Frontline is Pennsylvania’s provider of participant-directed direct care worker orientations. We have been offering orientations to participant-directed direct care workers since the program began in 2018. Since our launch, we have engaged thousands of direct care workers. The program was developed by an advisory committee of participants in the self-directed model, direct care workers, curriculum specialists, and others who are experts in the self-directed model. We have sessions online and in dozens of locations throughout Pennsylvania, provided by well-trained and knowledgeable instructors.
